Tangon International was established in Dhaka, Bangladesh in March 2021 as an independent international trading company, engaged in the import and export of defence equipment, aviation parts, consumable items, surgical items, and agro products.
We supply and distribute international-standard products to the Bangladesh market with proven supply chain capabilities, logistics strength, and strict adherence to global quality benchmarks.
We are experts in supplying the Bangladesh Defence Sector with raw materials, machinery, aviation spares, and specialized equipment as per precise technical specifications.

Our aviation business is strengthened through our strategic partnership with Pacific Benchmark International Ltd, promoting Canadian aviation technology in Bangladesh and supporting bilateral commercial growth between Bangladesh and Canada.

About The Founder

MD OMAR
FARUQUE
Brigadier General Md Omar Faruque ndc, afwc, psc, MPhil (Retd) is a seasoned military professional and academician with extensive experience in defence management, procurement, institutional leadership, and national-level operations.
He is currently serving at the Army Welfare Trust as the Director of Trust Technical Training Institute and Managing Director of Trust Overseas Recruitment Agency, Savar Cantonment. He previously worked as the Chief Operating Officer of Pacific Benchmark International Ltd (Canada), overseeing aviation parts import, supply, and maintenance support for Bangladesh Air Force aircrafts—developing deep expertise in aviation maintenance and aerospace operations.
He also represents a leading American aerospace manufacturer as Country Manager/Consultant.
His final military appointment was at the National Defence College (NDC) as Senior Directing Staff and College Secretary. Across 34 years of service, including 3 years in UN missions, he led major defence industry projects, notably as Director of Bangladesh Ordnance Factory.
He holds an MPhil from Bangladesh University of Professionals and a Master’s in Defence Studies from National University, complemented by diversified training at home and abroad.
